The Colombian side brings sweetness, caramel, and a clean chocolate backbone, while the Nicaraguan half adds deeper cocoa, roasted nuttiness, and a little earthy richness.
The result is a cup that comes out of the gate strong, settles into stride, and finishes cleaner than a thoroughbred on race day.
Roasted to keep the natural sweetness of the beans intact while developing enough body and chocolate character to make Horse Chit an everyday workhorse.
